You can also replace the rods with another form of robotic arms for more flexibility,
which will eliminate the need for rotation, but it will be more costly.
There is a lot of adjustments needed here, but I think the foundation i've made is alright...

And later another machine to just polish the rough ends of the cement.
Though gravity is a concern for the top. As the liquid cement will fall once pasted.
So then, once the bottom and the sides up to 75% will be complete with the cement,
then paste the cement with help of a mechanical (not robotic) contraption that can just hold things after the paste.
