Purpose
This website is dedicated to documenting, organizing, and preserving my factual record of events connected to ongoing legal and court-related matters affecting my life, my work, my rights, and my ability to defend myself.
This is not a casual or personal project. I am preserving this record because I believe my identity, my ideas, my writings, and my ability to answer accusations have been attacked through deceit, misrepresentation, deleted records, and conduct that placed me outside the place where the accusations and decisions about me were being formed.
Use of ChatGPT
I created this website with the help of ChatGPT. The writings, observations, and source material are mine. ChatGPT was used to help iterate, organize, structure, and present what I had written in a more professional and clear form.
All writings uploaded here have been read and approved by me, Joo Yeon Kim. I also recognize that some parts may still contain missing details or incorrect components caused by ChatGPT misunderstanding my source material, and I will correct those issues over time.
Records Archive
The Records Archive contains my own written journal entries and on-screen writings. Those archive files are my own written words, without the help of ChatGPT.
I intend to continue adding older records, including 2022-2024 material and whatever remains from 2018-2021. Some of the earlier record is fragmented because I accidentally deleted portions of my own on-screen writing. I also state that a lead platform controller, Elon Musk, later deleted the channel history for a second time, removing evidence I otherwise needed. At the time, I did not understand who controlled the platform and still believed the channel was connected to Quora or another major platform.
Segregation and Access
My alleged situation is that I was segregated from an online platform or channel where my attackers, witnesses, and authoritative members of the court congregated. From the beginning, I say I was deliberately kept from entering that congregate platform in order to protect my attackers from being charged for hacking, abuse, and the conduct that started the situation.
I was told, directly or indirectly over the years, that this segregation was for my protection. For a few individuals, I believe that may be true. But the ultimate question is whether their actions helped my attackers or helped me receive fair access, fair process, and the ability to answer what was being said about me. That is where I believe intent is revealed.
Framing and Control
While I was outside the channel, I say I was lured to generate ideas through promises of rewards and investment, while others attempted to frame the ownership of those ideas for self-credit and self-benefit. Over time, I came to understand the matter as a betrayal by frontrunners who used my exclusion, missing records, and lack of direct access against me.
This website is not centered on business promises. It is centered on attacks against an innocent person, deletion of the past, control over the record, and alleged framing. I say the frontrunners are trying to destroy me beyond theft and control, using excuses to justify harm. The individual reports explain those claims in detail.
Passive Communication
Because I was kept outside the channel, I communicated through passive means for years. My account is that my computer screen, my on-screen writing, and the words I typed were displayed for mass viewing through a platform while I was also monitored in my private space. I describe this monitoring as involving side-channel surveillance resembling Van Eck-style interception and radio-frequency or Wi-Fi-based sensing, where changes in signal coverage inside a room, caused by the human body or inanimate objects blocking or altering those signals, could be used to infer a person’s presence, movement, or outline through walls. In practical terms, I understood this as comparable to a sonar-like system, but operating through wireless signals.
My passive communication included writing on-screen, viewing personal profiles, asking questions directly through the screen, and interpreting responses through relayed written content. Those responses were not direct messages. They appeared through metaphors, insinuations tied to current events, and binary yes-or-no signals such as additions or subtractions to follower accounts, where the timing and surrounding context indicated a positive or negative response to my questions.
At first, this was difficult for me to process. Over time, because of timing and direct responses to my questions or requests, I came to understand how the communication was occurring. I believe this indirect system also allowed others to exploit the technicality that I was not present in the channel, which opened the way for mass abuse through my attackers.
My Position
I only years later realized the betrayal caused by the frontrunners in the alleged conspiracy. I then began identifying and documenting their conduct before the law. I am fighting personally for my rights, my access, my authorship, and my ability to answer accusations directly.
By maintaining this archive, I assert my right to document, to be heard, to defend myself, and to prevent any part of this record from being obscured, altered, or selectively presented without accountability.
