But if Mr Bill Clinton said something along the lines of:

"I feel like it's my responsibility as I told the Ukraine people to give up their nukes."

 

If he is trying to make it look like, their confessions are false,

as if spoken out of duty,

trying to flip what is happening,

That would be a serious felony and gaslighting by forcing influence from higher status.
