Ok so I keep seeing Omari incident with punch on the jaw.

Why bring this up when it was agreed and resolved?

 

I stated my case then.

 

1. I got punched by one of the Ifira island person on the chin. And 2 other people tackling me on the ground in repeat, to bully.

2. Omari was taunting, saying "fuck your mom!" in front of bunch of kids, and I wasn't saying anything to him I was just walking by. He kept saying "I owe him" as well (he bought me some fries) I thought i'd set an example as the kids were laughing with him.

You don't mistreat me that way. I didn't run up to him in anger or anything. Just walked up to him. I threw the first punch. I missed twice. Same arm. Wasn't moving my feet. Just standing. Maybe just a step forward to balance. (Meaning it was just stand-on ground shot for shot) Then on the third try, I think Omari just let me punch him.

So I landed only once. After that, Omari landed 3 punches on my face consecutively.

I thought about fighting back, but since I threw the first punch, I accepted it. And Omari was reconciliating after 3 punches, saying "hey, Kim..."

We weren't really that mad. It was just a venting out. But I had NO IDEA that single punch would make that kind of damage. If I had hostile intent, I would go on trying to hurt him right? But especially after getting punched thrice.

But I had no will to fight. He was a friend.

So with Pasai, I went over to his house to apologize.

3. So I said I will pay like 100,000 initially, but I increased to 1 million later.

So, while the damage may have been high, it wasn't something born of malice or nothing like that from my end.

Just a reaction to someone who should have been on my side.

Stupid thing is, I thought of punching more like in a way that is slapping. To wake him up.

To be fair, I never really punched anyone. So I don't know what my punches are like.
Only when I punched myself I later realized, damage could have been very strong.
Because, it feels like bit like a stone... Not that i'm bragging or nothing. I think Omari could have easily beaten me up, had he decided to move around.

 

So it's like I do not know physical reality. I was thinking in terms of movies.
People punch each other all the time. So he has my sincere apologies and I will compensate.

 

However, if this reporting to the authorities are absent from my statements from before,

and was designed to incriminate me, against me, then there should be a penalty for that.

Because that is intent of malice.

 

Omari's wife also told me, Omari hits her sometimes so I was mad at that as well. XD

I doubt it was serious. But what the fuck man, include my mom? Then you are a woman-abuser.

So why make me look like some dangerous person? What are you doing?

 

It was the island people who started abusing me, with violence. And Omari should have been a friend to defend me not laugh at me with them. (as well)
