I don't know at what speed or 'frequency' is most optimal if you can adjust it.
But the scale is the most important, that is the size of a building, and in series thereof.
To show that, it is no coincidence.

"Buildings/obelisk" is does the job of noticing, and they will scan the area.
Those letters, could communicate that there is a small activity going on
that is in computation. (Quantum computer activity)
*Since Quantum computers can't be made in the size of a building, nor will that help.
So as buildings are noticed, so will the letters/sentences, then so will the Quantum computer for its function.
Then they should make a scan-receiver of some kind, to interpret that data.
Then they should do the same in the same area nearby, or tell us the coordinates to
do the same. And be able to communicate vice-versa...
Hahaha, totally my imagination, but fun to think about.
If electrons are travelling that fast, and travelling across multiple dimensions.
Then there must be some traces, some residue left as they travel...
