To summarize, if I am remembering correctly Mr Musk, or some I am conceptualizing right now:
Using hydrogen (even though history of being explosive, flammable in blimps)
but using starlink, the blimp can be remotely controlled without any passengers on-board.
The propellers can be controlled by microcontrollers receiving signals from starlink.
A light shell, such as that of plastic, if the blimp itself can lift, can be enwrapped around it.
but as a skeleton (hollow) frame. Mostly to cover the front. This may allow it to enable faster
flight if needed by chemical based thrusters.
A flexible type of solar panels can be added to the blimp itself.
The fabric required for the blimp, as safety is less of an concern, can be less synthetic,
and more organic by nature. Farm-grown instead mineral mined.
If that is possible. To save costs in building.
This then can send heavy materials in a cost-effective way to remote locations.
