I believe Dennis offered large amount of money to invest in my homesteading/farming idea.

But retracted. And that is understandable.

My idea wasn't as profound back then. It was just self-sustenance.  

There were many steps to get there, no matter how much I imagined. Even with the land.

And lucky to have found Adam. Who was willing to invest 4 million into my ship idea.

So, from that, and from the presentation that evolved the ship into metal.

And Steve having read the presentation and referring me to Festus,

who was to make a financial projection based on the presentation.

 

and having been at the center of attention and discussion for a very, very long time. (The ships) and repeating endlessly.

AND alongside every other relating things to the Sea and ships.

 

There is no way in hell, Steve didn't recognize all this and wasn't attentive.
