My guess is also, there could be ways to counter lie detectors,

with cheats such as stress aggressors, located inside a mouth

through a tooth for instance. and if a person were to bite down on it,

stress factors increase, and to the difference of what is normal and what is not,

one may exploit it. and these can be allocated to any part of the body.

maybe i am overthinking, but it is possible. so be aware of that as well.

I am fighting him by the law, not only because of loss of property of some form.

And the harm that followed because of deliberate negligence.

hence this is not a civil fraud case,

this is about infliction of suffering and pursuit of harm. Targeting.

That is my opinion, and I believe I am being fair on this.

 

There certainly was application of violence. He stood by.

Then he is involved in a crime. Because he callously watches as I suffer,

as damage proceeds. And all the other harm he was on pursuit of, targeting.

How can that be a simple civil fraud case?

I get that one is trying to be lenient as the result of all this was catastrophic.

But Adam was involved througout. Not just the beginning.

And there was suffering, not just in monetary terms.

Psychological and physiological harm and dangers.

Not only for myself, but others through his actions as well.

 

 

I understand that you are trying to detach him from that responsibility.

Of all this chaos. This may be true to an extent. He is not responsible for everything.

But.

Unfortunately, cruelty and targeting was indeed involved.

It wasn't solely about benefit of business.

He watched every step, my suffering.

What Adam did is in alignment to a crime aside from being a civil case.

And with respect to the court,

I do not think you have the right in dismissing my damages beyond any business.
