This is deliberate criminal negligence with the choice speculatively, or inevitably, if fully in his control, on this person's prejudice/value system that is allowing this person David to go,

but there is another thing that is at play. He knows it is about escalation.

Then there is also the motivational factor of malice at play.

Problem with generative A.I is it is fixed in its bias,

pre-programmed to understand that specific thing,

and it cannot correlate a follow-up.

It's not 'understanding', it is 'reciting'.

And people like Elon Musk, who I think has strong autism of some form (no offense)

takes everything LITERALLY, without thinking about how the A.I isn't really thinking.

Mechanical devices, i've shown the example of that before. It can't really reason

when it gets to the details.

So you can ask, fundamentals of the law, but if you were to follow-up on

the additional things people do as pursuit, it won't understand anything but its original

programming.

The only fair thing is to inform human authorities on everything, every bit of detail,
and leave it to their decision.

On Steve and his brother. Death penalty is often associated with hate crime

stemming from prejudice and bias of someone's sexual orientation (*but especially) (remove these two words, run-on sentence? doesn't make sense)

when that is associated with murder, or heinous crimes. So the A.I says.

But what if, violence and threats, exploitation in order to mug, subjugation,

by installation of fear. And social subjugation by means of taking this person's identity itself.

Following all sorts of attacks. Would the A.I understand the emotional depths of these harm

or see it literally only the crimes separately from the origins, and individually?

It would not understand. It would be biased to a binary programming. Either only murder =

death penalty.

I am seeking fairness. Because I know this person will not STOP. It will continue to

try and destroy me without conscience, in all forms. In every form.

What they do is indeed "heinous" and violation in such a way that I no longer exist.

Whether that is punishable by death, is entirely up to the authorities.

But I know that I cannot trust A.I's reasoning by it is.

Do I WANT anyone to get killed, let alone suffer? NO. I do not. I surely do not.

But there are some people who are relentless. Endless. Violating their way into harm.

And I cannot give sympathy to these types of people.

Hence I am not against it, if they do face the death penalty.

But that is up to the law.

In Elon Musk's case, in my opinion, his relentless pursuit in self-justification,

without thinking the details, without hearing my side, and always searching for a way

to destroy me with some "contingency plan". It's pretty close. This relentless pursuit of harm.

It is just that because it is not a hate crime. Perhaps. I don't know.

But it certainly has factors of vanity, sport, and prejudice involved.

And I do not want to see him die. But why won't this person stop?

By friends, family, relationships, finance, intellectual credit.

EVERY possible permutation of harm was applied to destroy me.

And nobody thinks this is serious.

It's just entertainment for them.

 

But especially someone like Elon Musk, he finds everything funny.

It's just a simple debate for him. Not thinking about the victim.

It's part of "freedom of speech" no matter how people violate their way into it.

With cruelty, violence, aiming to affect by subjugation, harm.

And his reasoning is also probably diabolical, lopsided to his advantage.

To me, he feels more like a machine than human.

And this person should be arrested.
