It would be understandable if the person was incarcerated for a long time,

dies in prison, and hoping to be cryonized. They've long waited to go back into society,

after serving their time.

However, would it not be against the whole point of the death penalty,

if someone was cryonized afterwards? Any actions in hopes of reanimation

should be deterred and that is the whole point of capital punishment I believe.

By default, unless the law changes favoring towards cryonics, what should be dealth

penalty is exactly of that, a death penalty. Without a chance for medical intervention,

presumable future technology, or not.
