I think Mr Musk ran off to working on the design.

 

Mr Musk, before spending time on the design,

 

first research if placement of seismograph

 

deep beneath the ground, whether from continental crust,

 

or ocean bottom ground,

 

 

if this will result to better or faster prediction of Earthquakes.

 

 

 

Ask people. IF that is a certainty then proceed to the mechanics.
