The chances of the debris going on the toothbrush, even if I didn't recognize the debris on the plastic casing is slim to none. As the debris would stick to the plastic. Brush itself, I clean it before I put it into the casing and I would have noticed a hair and debris as I close it.

So yes, I believe this was definitely meddling.

 

This type of passive aggression/insinuation. Complete disrespect and rebellion to my stay here,
what concerns me. There's no peace.

Every bit is about being territorial, not mine or mine. You did this so I am doing that.
Or I express according to what I observe in the channel. Insinuate to show disrespect/disdain.

If you can't recognize who I am, I am just here, really just trying to mind my own business and not to be a bother. If I am a bother, that is because I have no choice on the matter or I am making a mistake. It is NOT intentional.
