instead weaving,

 

something that melts by heat would be better,

as it will work with more types of materials.

then once adequate amount is gathered as surface area,

a press to shape, into tubes.

 

so not a 3D printer, but more injection molding.

 

if to use fabric,

 

maybe make into string first, through recyclable materials.

and once made, weave into layers, preset.

 

I really have no idea unless I observe the material. XD

 

anyway you get the idea.
