So asking ChatGPT, on prevention of corrosion,

Mars is naturally not a hospital environment for expansion of corrossion

and it is dry.

But to further prevent, aluminum alloy,
*specifically, aluminum combined with magnesium can be used to resist further corrosion.

To mimic cement, another type of construction aggregate can be used,
as Mars hold minerals such as

Basalt, Regolith, Silicates, and Sulfates(gypsum or jarosite). Which will become a more primitive form of cement if combined with water....

Most abundant metal is iron, like Earth. Combining them with aluminum will create an alloy resisting corrosion in part.

CNC machines can create the skeleton frame, then covered with construction aggregate in order to further protect it from corrosion.

But the ratio of usage of metal, to construction aggregate would be far different from that of Earth.

Metal, being at least 75%.

That's my guess.

So it is possible....

And more correct than bringing ready-made materials from Earth.
