Following use of lasers to strengthen magnetosphere on Mars from orbit,

one must think about the possibility of use of lasers on the greenhouse

gases trapped inside the atmosphere.

Depending on the laser wavelength, intensity, and duration,

agitating gas molecules may change its state to something more useful,

possibly solidifying and dropping back on Earth to be used as fuel.

As ChatGPT tells me, Carbon Monoxide (CO) and formic acid (HCOOH)

is possible. Enough of these machines, (if can be confirmed its possibility of use from orbit)

can significantly reduce greenhouse gases trapped in the atmosphere.

Alongside, covering large portion of the oceans with "watermeal" in order

to convert the CO2 emission.

Just a guess. Speaking from intuition.
