ok i'm gonna try selling stuff and get back on track.

i just need a small capacity ssd to work.

have to pay for internet and i also need food.....

i can't keep going outside, insomnia as well.

By the way, was the doctor who was initially on charge of my mother,

what of he? the nurses called him multiple times in a span of many, many hours

as my mom was dying. the guy didn't answer when he should have replied

promptly to connect us to another. i can't remember now but he

answered the first call, then fell silent the following. if i

remember this correctly. there was a lot of issue with this,

even thoughthere must have been a hidden agreement in the contracts

that he can go on a vacation however he wants, there should have been

a system set in place to refer us to a different doctor after x amount of

time. actually, we waited for hours as she laid there with her brain aneurysm burst,

and through seizures. eventually after many hours we were referred to another doctor,

dr.Andrew. who originally treated mom. if i can recall correctly,

the nurses were able to reach him the first try? then the fell silent?

throughout these many years, how many times was this particular doctor

ran off from his duty in this way? then that is not only willful neglection of

his patients exploiting the contracts, but that is murder.

There was a lot of controversy that went on during those times,

but I think the authorities were lenient on them. As many have gotten away, simply.

I cannot trust the relays. It may have been a deliberate attempt to mislead me to save them.

So I can keep my guard down and stop from attacking. I don't even know who. Or if that has happened.

If it was Mr Musk, I drop charges. He, as always, misleads thinking this is for the better.

But understand that if these people are let go, that is injustice. My mother, despite the fact

that she died because of my sister and her husband, still could have been saved if not because

of the way the hospital was set up.

And this deliberate system that was set up for their convenience, this is a crime.

If this doctor wasn't charged,

1. It must be investigated on how the nurses were in communication with him. From my understanding,

he was contacted, but he fell silent afterwards. Keeping us in wait all those hours. (Mislead, knowing

our situation, he knew my mother was in a critical state. He deliberately kept silent to damage her

if that is the case. He can't just have forgotten.

(I have this suspicion, when he spoke to us in person, I had the impression he didn't like us.)

2. If this was a repeating behavior, despite the contract, it is but exploitation.

As a brain surgeon, time is critical for every patient. This would be hiding behind contract

to proceed with passive murder.

3. Dr.Andrew, if I remember from the relays correctly, was mad at him. He needs to state this again

if this doctor wasn't charged.

By the way, Dr.Andrew. She wouldn't have been as weak if someone got there early. She battled pain, with seizures for many hours.

This person, who was on charge of mom, he needs to be investigated correctly. He exploited a loophole, but by profession,

and the nature of the emergency, this is something close to murder. But especially if he was contacted in the first place then

held us with no response for hours. That's deliberate misleads. He deliberately misled knowing nurses can't do much about it.

There was no system set in place.

Something happened there and he was in control over the outcome.

This has to be investigated.

And no doubt for all those years, no system was deliberately setup so he can be in full control.

So he can decide the fate of people, to live or die.

Why wasn't any x amount of time be set on place?

If there was no response, why was the patient just left there as she was dying?

What became of his response after? Did he correct it?

Was there a apology?

Nothing.

It was deliberate wasn't it?

Please look into this.

This person cannot mislead again saying he was busy.

Unless he himself was about to die, there was nothing else he should have focused on.

If he can't be there he should have responded follow-up and referred to us to another doctor.

He took the first call, and waited. Deliberately kept silent so the nurses would be hanging.

That's called murder.

He better have a excuse for this.

Further, see what followed after. If there was correction.

Nothing. Nothing.

The fucker was so callous, he simply hid behind the contract and fell silent.

It's just another fucking day.

I repeat this, because during those times, the authorities assessing everyone was corrupt.

Obviously I had to revive many things, many times, as my matters became almost a public lynching.

As they were biased towards in the favor of my attackers. But my logic is clear above.

4. That woman, with Dr.Sharp at the time, denying the rights of cryonics and telling me,

"only if she donates her organs". And blocking my path. That is also not just conflict of interest,

but getting in the way of someone's attempt, belief, to save a life. She has rights to her religion,

and so do I. But that wasn't respected and was pushed on myself at a critical moment. That too,

is illegal.

I ask the court to revive this issue for correct investigation as corruption was apparently

present prior. (If this doctor/woman, was simply let go.)  There is a limit to what

people can do and not do, hiding under a contract. These are people who I believe has

fully exploited the situation thinking they themselves are a corporate entity.

No, they cannot be treated as part of this. There is LIMIT, but especially because

the nature of brain aneurysm, and what they do, is a time-critical thing, in intensive care/emergency.

It would be a carefully meditated, coordinated willful negligence, indirect murder.

Please differentiate between the two. What is personal, and what is part of practice.

If he has already answered the phone call and then, did not call back, left us hanging for hours.

That is an issue. And if these things have repeated in that hospital in those years.

There is no excuse for what he's done.  It is a personal way of convenience over people's lives,

and he can assert passive aggression. What makes it personal, is especially if he was contacted

by the nurses in the beginning then fell silent, didn't reply to us. What does that leave my mom?

And what of the system that is set in place? As default, she should have been attended by another

doctor promptly. She's dying of burst of brain aneurysm. She's bleeding from the brain.

She was dying. They are waiting on the doctor for hours. WHOSE FAULT IS IT??????!!!!

Someone has to answer for this.
