To.... generalize as real-time doxxing on what Adam did.

Under California Penal code 653.2, the punishment is only

one year. Whereas I have suffered for years, and within

those years were persisting threats, and the damage made

to me by many were scaled by Adam. There are digital evidences

of this happening throughout.

 

If it was for a short duration, maybe it can simply be

dismissed as doxxing, and the penalty that follows.

 

But Adam has done numerous things. Each of these actions

must be counted as a category of its own. It must be identified

and this cannot simply cannot fall under "doxxing" and give him only a penalty

of 1 year. That would be very, very wrong, and Adam, no doubt,

has aimed for this loophole as well.

 

Rather, see the numbered lists of crimes he's done before

as i've mentioned. He began with Anna. Anna was someone who

needed to be apprehended. Yet her spamming activities were

allowed. Adam callously watched these things happening, while

he fully held the control to remove it. He did not. He laughed,

and decided to cover himself with better intent, by offering an

'investment'. Rather, his reasoning was, my humiliation to his

benefit, and the investment was a trade-off. That, in it itself

is something he conjured up, and was illegal.

 

What followed next even after Anna was gone is Adam's own

stalking. Many, including the people in the house I used to live in.

Forget the shelter, since I requested i'd rather be known during

those times. But not before, after, or anywhere else. I have mentioned

many times that I agree to communication through the screen.

Not cameras, or audio. That these were breach in human rights.

And Adam, publicly used any information he gathered and attempted

humiliation, allowing me to become a target. And even threatened

me with that information, and attempted its spread as well.

 

The threats were genuine. The intent to destroy the person was

genuine. And this is not about a simple 'doxxing'. As he may

cover it to be. It was harassment and threats that became reality.

It was a zero-sum game he played, and it had gone beyond the

realm of authoritative order. He made it personal, the attacks

he made were designed to destroy me at a personal level.

He deliberately allowed my humiliation to spread, he deliberately

treated me as someone 'lower' than himself by consciously making

that trade-off for me.

 

You cannot generalize it as simple 'doxxing'.

He was part of the crime that was held by Anna,

and he used someone emotionally unstable for his benefit.

 

And what followed next was personal attacks towards me,

and those attacks, to the very recent day, has proceeded

through many he has introduced into the channel.

 

Please do not forget the humiliation he attempted,

do not forget the series of threats he's made following.

 

He calculated this from the very beginning.

The penalty towards him would be minimal,

whereas damage (that can be scaled digitally)

was immense.

 

To let him get away with just a simple year of penalty would
