On the rent that I didn't pay at the Domus place,

I believe the person who was subleasing the room,

made an ad that is a 'quiet' room. it is private.

(or i think i confirmed with him if it was quiet, private,

something like that. standard requirement. can't remember exactly now)

whichever way, the room was flawed.

never seen any place that was like a hollow chamber despite the walls.

but i was misled. the apartment looks like it's

a solid place, but when you actually go into the rooms,

it's like it's in a constant state of echo.

you can hear everything that goes in on other people's

rooms. everything looks solid but inside is like cardboard/hollow.

i believe i made a friend there, from hong kong, and his friend

from Korea, Leonard was it? we were getting along at first,

eating burgers and bit of alcohol afterwards. not that the alcohol

is connected, but tension grew as i asked the guy from hong kong to

be quiet after certain hours, but i believe it went on.

and i had a temper tantrum knocking on his door to talk to him again

and finished with a stupid kick rhetorically saying something like

"fucking asshole" or something like that. the door, unfortunately,

was extremely light-built. I thought it was solid. and it broke.

I immediately apologized to the guy from hong kong, and paid for

the door to the manager. i certainly didn't mean to break the door.

nor to fight him, but to rather, scold at him for breaching agreement.

why i apologized. and looking back, sorry about that.

on my end, it felt rather like he was the one bullying me -

breaching agreement to be quiet...... but........

i would blame the way the building is designed.

at one point, in another place. as i got out of the house there,

the managers told me they know the people who built that place,

and they know how the building is built. (that it's not supposed

to be built that way - if i remember correctly)

in any case, i believe i told Ranson about the situation and

that I did not have the money to pay for the rent. (having paid for the door)

and also because he misled saying it was a quiet, private place.

that is what i was looking for.

i think Ranson already knew the issues of that place and why he subleased it.

but bottom line is,

i can pay for the rent later on. if that is what you believe is fair.

i don't think Ranson was a bad person.

he and his mom gave me a box of Korean noodles to eat.

so did the guy from hong kong a case of thin sliced meat.

it's just that the way the building was designed....

and my sleep issues, (which affects my vertigo if it sustains) led to that tension.

so my apologies to you both.

and, i will pay for the rent owed.

during those times, no way i could.

and, indeed, there was a reason why you moved out and sublet that room right?

you must have known how the rooms create issues.

i recommend people to go in there and check out what i'm talking about.

and the guy from hong kong would agree.

there is zero privacy, there is zero anything. the sound permeates, goes through in and out, echoes.

like it's a big hollow chamber.

that is not how a building should be designed.

and certainly, Ranson, you should have let me know how the setting was.

however, i will pay for the rent.
