If Evelyn is charged for criminal negligence being a friend to Anna,

so should Matthew Bates. I can't remember now but I believe I was

asking for help as they were in proximity, all of them in the same State.

And possibly have met each other before.

 

I apologize my assumption is wrong, or my memory.

But I recall calling him "Mr Bates", and talking about student (myself)

being harassed in school, as a metaphor. Ignored, my requests.

 

He was clearly aware of the abuse that was going on and callously watched

for whatever perspective favoring these people.
