As for a R&D and manufacturing facility in the UK,

 

I will co-manage it. Provided some increase in my shares.

 

If there will be variations to manufacture on my own,

I will start a different facility focused on this.

 

It will be a better learning experience for me

prior to manufacturing, on my own.
