It is actually quite easy as I illustrated long ago I believe to make the mast unfold and fold operated by a singular person using microcontrollers and well, extremely strong motors.

And the power to do that, can be generated by the solar panels installed on the top sides of the ship where it is metal plated, and also on the deck as well. As well as the mast themselves, if it is covered by electrodes of some kind and using the "vanta black" as a way to absorb the light better. I have also used waterwheels that descends and ascends to contact the water below, in conjunction with working with the sails, can charge the battery faster.

So was trying to eliminate the use of fuel. And make it completely green at the time.

However, because there is aluminum panels that can be installed and welded from the gaps,

a fuel tank can also be created without the fear of catching fire whichever way....

Green is better.

 

Few ways to roll the mast itself.

From the giant L shape, the horizontal pole of the mast can have a gear driven track that retracts the ends of the sails to the vertical pole when not in use.

Or. Two poles aligned to each other, leaving a gap in-between for the sails, one pole can rotate itself and spin to wrap the sail towards its body. Like a spouse hugging the blanket rolling their body, and the other is left cold. And once the sail is rolled to one side of the pole, what is still connected is two ropes from highest point and the lowest point connected to the other pole,
leaving an empty open space.

Of course, these masts will have different levels so it can catch the most amount of wind.

 

Once a battery is charged by the waterwheels for instance, which is fed by the sails,
a motor can be run to speed up the ship, until it runs out of power again. And going back and forth. If there is no power to even descend the waterwheel itself, that is why there is solar panels to the sides of the ship and on the deck as well as the sails.

It is self-sustained eco-system of power on the vessel itself, so it self-perpetuates you see.

And while it won't be as fast as fuel-driven ships.

Completely is green and manageable, and only so much difference in speed you can wait few weeks more for cargo to arrive perhaps. And the thing is that, it is unlimited by the size it can be created.

And the rate the ships can be made by speed. Would be incredible. Don't you think so folks?
