The insane thing, that contradicts itself is that,

you are the ones who installs unto them the capital punishment,

and you are the ones who are trying to save them by making me into the sacrifice.

You contradict yourselves.

This is called a zero sum game.

 

If deletion of my history therefore my existence, was possible in this court.

Why was there a court in the first place?

To see if you can win.

So when you couldn't.

You decide to sacrifice me.

That means it was a rigged game,

premeditated aimed to help them.

 

And the moment you destroy me,

is the moment everyone goes in to prison as conspiracy.

 

You simply confessed your exploitation of the law.

 

The way it should be is like this:

Deal with the victim. To try lessening their charges.

If that is impossible, then try converting death penalty into serving time instead.

But making me into a sacrifice, the victim?
