I think I got those relays wrong. Then my apologies.

I have no idea who is the enemy.

All I know is that I have to assume the worst on the relays I see,

and if it is directed at me.

If otherwise, I will miss out on my defense as they attack.

Authorities must be fair on his punishment.

Even as he helped. That does not alleviate him of his crimes.

It perhaps alleviates him of capital punishment.

 

But when he goes on pursuit of harm and gloats at my suffering.

That too should be dismantled.

This is about what this person refuses to recognize as someone's suffering

when he is one of the major causes of it.
