So i've encountered a video through the relays, about casting salt. Melting salt at 1500c and making objects out of it. The details are astonishing.

However it is very brittle so if the object isn't thick enough, it cracks.

So I was researching if it can be added another mineral that can bond into the salt,

that is very abundant from the Earth and make that into molds.

When gathering salt is matter of evaporating sea water = infinite resource.

When silica (sand) or other mineral based materials like clay can be added in small part to it,
it will create higher density so GPT says.

 

So 3D print once in plastic, whatever component.

And the government distributes the *salt molds to at cheap, very cheap prices. (Since the material is abundant)

So people can gather the metal themselves and put them together to make what they need.

Like farming tools, or simpler transport. Whatever they need through mechanical means.

 

Microcontrollers, if needed, can be distributed codes that are required to operate for more sophisticated items that may require electronics. (but mechanical components themselves has infinite variety without requiring microcontrollers)

So to make things less complicated for the maker. So basically, government distributes what is required to make anything people require by themselves.

Which also, will trigger improvements in products based on their experiments/need.
