White, on the buildings will reflect UV rays and help heal ozone layer (?). So I hear white can be used that way.

Or generally, in every other application as well.

 

The fact that watermeal vegetation can grow in an infinite space and doubles in volume every few days, this means application and gathering its volume is quite limitless.

Which directly translates to wealth.

 

Or not the cement, but the layer that goes above the cement to melt when the area is heated up and covers the cracks in the cement. and more volume is simply added on by the workers.

This way, it becomes a self-healing road.

 

Which will require research, but that layer should be doable by chemistry.

As for absorption of heat for energy and concentrating that heat via grid is also entirely practical.

It would be more expensive than usual roads of course, but the trade off for the energy,

as A.I robots will be stationed in-between the distance of the roads and be charged its battery,

traffic safety as guards, or road clean up, city clean up, or vehicle maintenance, police surveillance, medical emergency help, all kinds of possibilities open up.

If they are trying to steal my cutting the ice and repleshing that with refridgeration on water by use of platform(ic) devices I devised. Much like a hybrid submarine to football stadium. (As would my interlinked wooden platforms for vehicles to land and charge across oceans)
