Walking to the soup kitchen,

at Queens street, just before enter the soup kitchen around the corner.

somewhere between building 384 to 396,

a crazy white idiot,

begins racial slurs and threatening to beat me up and coming up to me. (Calling me Kim jong, i'll fucking beat you up, something like that)

I try to ignore and walk by, thinking the ranting will stop as soon as it is distracted to another person.

But this fucker don't stop.

It just keep on going, and this isn't due to hallucination, it's not mumbling to itself,

it is targeting, it is driven by hate. (A random stranger)

So about 8 meters walking away, I turn around.

I ask, "what are you doing? I'm just walking by."

To this, the fucker threatens me saying "Keep walking or I am going to kill you."

To this, I ran TOWARDS him.

Staring at it directly to the face, to which the fucker goes: "What are you doing?"

and taunts me to go at it. And keeps on making threats. "You wanna know what is crazy?!"

And so forth.

I walk away, it keeps on making threats.

I ran up to the fucker for the surveillance to IDENTIFY him easily.

When a person, a random stranger, pedestrian is walking by,

and getting threated to be "killed".

This is not just ranting. It is a threat.

Threat of violence.

And this person, should be arrested.
