Yes ChatGPT is smarter, but it is still not as flexible as personalized A.I.

I need it to be able to train itself.

I am gathering equipment for that.

 

And a prototyping tool or two, will also help.

 

If you are trying to push me away from the court by 'starving' me. Do not.

For that isn't entirely defined by funds. It is a pointless endeavor.
