Friday.
What to do...
Stay indoors and do the chores.
Or,
go outside and take a walk.
I think I will walk around a bit,
for the exercise.
Once a person exercise, good thing is that the body remembers,
and wants to keep on moving around.
Hopefully I can kick it up a notch later...
Try and drop this darn weight...

Now need to rest a bit and then on to chores...
