Wood is readily available whether their own land,

or nearby for cheap. So to an extent, stones.

Self-sustenance comes by that land,

agricultural/livestock.

So does placement of septic/piping/pumps/water collection.

While mobile homes have their uses, it's a different market.

To be claiming that is a permanent home without land needed is...

incorrect. There are infinite benefits from land itself.
