Seller should have stated all the flaws in detail.

But especially determining serious flaws that would affect the sales.

 

If it claims it did not know.

Then once those flaws are spoken on the same day,

it must refund. Instead shifting the blame on to the buyer.

Which is ridiculous.

 

It's not something that is detectable. When the problem is internal (BSOD)

and happens randomly.

That is a limited time. Nobody is willing to sit down there for 30 minutes

and find things out. The seller, of course has to mention it first in the ad.

And it enhances further, if it knew about the issues.
