I entered into it being offered investment.

To have suggested this yourselves only for you to dismantle it and make it open source,

is exploitation. i was lured into this.

I could have copyrighted/patented my ideas instead trusting in your suggestions.

After years of this, you think you can by your own will, make it open source

as you deprive me of my rights over MY ideas?
