If Steve is trying to change the order of who attacked in first,

I think there was already framing going on when I suggested capital punishment for its hate crimes. So combining the framing to hate crimes that won't end, it was already eligible for capital punishment. Thee were after I was being labeled asa spy and was being given the death penalty.

And as I suggested the capital punishment onto Steve,

this was based on his existing deeds at the time.

It is entirely up to the authorities to assess what his punishment will be based on his existing deeds.

However, it framed me afterwards as well. In false history of physical violence.

On the receiving end, the law must understand how deadly framing is.

It is not a lie for self-defense. It is a lie designed to create a false history on to the victim.

All the while, result of that framing, which is control, was I believe, returned to me as a death penalty. (For beating him up, of which I did not)
