On Robert Bulmar. Continues to frame me, after the confession.

He should now be charged for capital punishment, if I am correct.

This is pursuit of destruction.

Whatever he is trying to frame me for, it is a lie.

He is only following up after myself,

and all my ideas have been mine.

 

And that confession, would have included whichever is trying to steal in the now.

It was again, like Steve, it was an confession that of the entirety.

That is why there was silence, and multiple confessions following. (If I am correct on the multiple)

I believe both of them are fronting some sort of play on words of the confession to create an loophole.

That confession was a solidified understanding, that was not on pursuit for a very long time. Which was given chance again for framing again by the environment change and support for targeting grew.

 

On the side of the law, it is fairly simple to judge.

1. History of repeating offense. (Thereby intent revealed)

2. Only ever as a follow up. (Without a foresight in this extreme duration)

2. Baseless ground for accusation. (Without credible third party evidence)

 

They automatically become charged even further for pursuit of crime.

They believe creating doubt is the way to frame.

No. It only works AGAINST them.

 

There cannot possibly be foresight as memory or presight as third party records,

because they are lying.

It is FRAMING.

 

How can I control what they would hold as memory as foresight?

I can't mind-control them to be amnesiacs.

Authorities must understand the difference between baseless accusations,

And what is more surprising is that, how can you the court, not differentiate,

 

what is an baseless accusation that can be created by anyone whose ever met me,

and actual credible evidence by the third party? Even as I tell you numerous times?

 

How would I know what they have?
