What is included in this package:

Just the laptop. As you are RMA, I am certain you have the power accessories to turn it on and testing. The laptop will be protected by many layers of bubble wraps.

 

3 Issues: (Issues I have left Youtube uploaded videos on the desktop screen)

1. Display: 1 dead pixel.

2. CPU/GPU: Slows down tremendously after few minutes.

3. Bottom cover, corner issue.

What I am hoping:

A free replacement with an refurbished unit if possible as the repair takes a long time as I hear.

I can pay extra for a new one, if that is allowed. But I am guessing not.

If above both options are not viable, then repair please.
