while the top layer, which would be like a grid, with holes, can push down animal waste below, and machines can automatically scoop that and access from the lowest level.

What whole "flow" ? I was in internet marketing, and usage of elance, Indian service was my prospect so that is what I am suggesting, and content moderation idea came from Quora itself, as they were doing that. The UI/UX design is simply my messing around with photoshop and downloading graphic vector images and piecing them together. Nothing was discussed or anything like that.
