Building on the contacting the multiverse idea,

 

300m obelisk, monolith, buildings, (series of in the same area, so to show man-made, not a fluke) = agitate the electrons between two surfaces, so it is within the structure these things are happening, but in the other realm the structure won't be seen, only the activity. So that would be easy somewhat.

30 letters/sentences = same concept. But needs to be secured within two surfaces. Each letter. Both these are static, unchanging as to its placement.

3 meter "quantum computer" = thought about this. and there is not an easy way for them
to build a scanner-receiver to interpret that activity. Rather, a very primitive version of a 'quantum computer' (rather, not a computer) can be used to communicate.

For instance, something like a morse code. But far more easier to interpret.
Say for instance, the alphabet of binary codes laid out. And previous 30 meter sentences instruct that, we will communicate to you a paragraph containing up to x amount of words everyday, and each word will be communicated to you by lighting up sequences of binary codes as words every 10 seconds. And then repeating once the paragraph has reached its end.

They merely need to create a scanner then, to easily have the binary codes visible.

But the 30 meter static sentences must be clear in that, there is a binary code that is in permanent placement in an x area, but they are NOT static. It is ever-changing every 10 seconds, so only parts of it communicated will be visible per activation, in order to create a pattern.

So in this x area, each character in the same exact area can either display 0 or 1.

00001111 = A

01010000 = B

etc. Until it displays a word.

So that is an approach to ensure communication, but they can also try and interpret more sophisticated form of data as an activity inside a computer by indeed interpreting the interaction of atoms, LIVE. Which will be far more sophisticated in the 30 meter explanation
and the computer must be customized in that way, then this would enable us to chat LIVE almost, and even send images and such. But that would be more sophisticated.

when i'm coming up with the idea, i'd better make it more solid. but i think you the physicists and computer scientists of course would have a better system. i'm just thinking the possibilities in case you may miss an approach.
