Personally,

 

my category of punishment depends on whether the person continues intent to harm or not.

 

And you may see that Mr Musk has a side to him that is incessant and relentless as well.

 

But if those actions are fundamentally harmless after this,

 

then his punishment should not be capital punishment, but about serving time.

 

Same goes for Adam and Mark.
