I recall writing something about creating tunnels to redirect waterflow in cases with floods.

And this was in that house David was in.

I also briefly mentioned reusing that water with my ships in needed regions,

So had it been Steve's it would have mentioned it then,

I could see how common idea such as this can overlap as this person was in civil enginnering,
