I think the trine factor of usual investigation would be,

1. Seeing that there are interactions with my ideas from the investors (mostly Mr Musk)
in positivity, therefore no overlaps, and I would not state an idea that is someone else's in this situation. And Steve's stance there and then as the interactions went on.

2. This would be supported by the witnesses, however few that may be. Even a few in combination with the interaction would confirm.
