Your waterfall Niagara image reminds me of the time I was

drawing on Sketchup, the waterfalls that is internally perpetual to the sea platform
I would create, by sucking up the water back in to the top, with a pump,
just like the water energy generation. This idea was inspired by I believe,
"Altissia" from Final Fantasy XV. During which the times I was drawing this,
I recall Mr Bezos reciprocating on the idea.

So if Steve is trying to steal this as well, it is lying.
