Threw out a very small piece (4cm x 3cm or so) of sauce-stained paper that was caught in the sheets I was going to clean with the laundry machine. Put it in the garbage can and took it out  in curiosity, contained word like "method" and "industry". I think it was part of the method, process I was going for to generate ideas. Which has a system I go for. I flushed it down the toilet as cautionary measure. Sorry. Paranoid.

I will photo everything I have and submit this shortly in case anyone needs it.

Came back home from soup kitchen, free meal.

Need to rest a bit and enter the library to print out welfare papers and then,
some time shortly I need to enter the dental clinic to extract a tooth.

Getting painful. Infection I believe, and bit feverous...
