Every person is responsible for their own actions.

 

But the environment was created.

 

It became a lure, invitation, to attack the target,

target who was made into a target.

 

Biden initially wanted to help Sean Kernan I  believe,

other things just became an excuse for political espionage.

 

None of which makes any sense.

 

We could have all dealt in peace. And the result would have been better for it.
