3 strikes law, or other laws stating repetition of its harmful intent, in the same category,

can be summarily overruled to the court and *to the victim's favor.

it has confessed enough times and been discovered of its intent.

 

it is not about 100% clean from the victim's end. or about 100% guilty from the attacker's end.

it is about the attacks happening knowing that there will be ambiguities and there cannot be an answer.

 

then the court must rely on logic, reason. but we are beyond this. you have seen it confess multiple times and making adaptations.

 

it is already over. however what we are trying to determine is its penalty.

 

 

*note: i am 100% clean in this. no such interactions with steve was held. and this person must be accounted for its lethal actions that is unending. confession as i have stated, only counts when it is done fully. this person only confessed partially to give itself diversion to attack once again.

 

 

 

 

and that is about its scale of its intent. it confessed to attempted theft of mass number of my ideas instead few. that is difference between perjury and obliteration knowing the outcome of the law.

and its situational evidence by the psychology deviates from the natural.

it deserves the death penalty because its actions are contemplated since the beginning and pushing through creating permissible portal for itself by lies. it has no intent to stop.

 

it will ever create chaos and the court must analyze every unreasonable bogus assertions,

and force. every intent to wrong the victim and to make his life ruinous. every indifference to suffering, and dangers. every intended lethal act.
