On Steve's punishment.

If his background is used as a way to show lenience.

This is nearly a 50 year old man. Who can make his own choices,

despite his past.

As a 40 year old. I know I can.

At this point in my life, I would have no excuse of the crimes I would commit,

fully aware that my anguish and anger is but a choice I can move away from.


Steve's choices, to harm another person. That is unrelated to his own family,
of which he holds angers towards.

 

I am not to be made sacrifice for that.

I see his mother making arguments, and even King Charles showing empathy. (DO NOT GIVE ME THIS)

 

You do not hold that right.

 

It is the victim, and the attacker's intent to destroy his life.

To its intended goal, and had it worked out.

That effect on to me.

 

THE VICTIM.

 

Is what the law should care for.


If this was a 20 year old. Its background may have been an excuse.

But this isn't it.

 

 

I believe that I hold the right in my self-defense.

He cannot be excused.

 

He attempted destruction on my life.

And confessed ONLY when cornered.

And refuses to speak the truth that no ideas of mine, were his.

 

It means, it has full intent to destroy my life.

 

And this, as the court proceeded,

it has deceived the authorities as well.

Throughout all this duration.

 

While fully aware of the repercussions on to my life by framing.

 

It should not be alleviated of charges.

I believe that capital punishment is fair and just.

 

For it will not stop.

For it doesn't know how.

Nor willing.
