Seeing from the relays, whomever is saying this:

to be cooperative and the skillset to be cooperative are different things."
1. How do I identify the correct problem in the first place, being blind.
2. Skillsets are developed once identifying the solution to get there.
It isn't innate. That is prejudice. Differentiating intent and skillset as
as two different things is but one's own motive of control.
Whoever this is. No clue. But it don't make sense.
