my initial acquaintance with Ferguson may look okay,
but i sensed his stance back then, and while it seemed like a joke,
and it is to an extent, (calling me gay or judging me on many things, mockery, if there was)
i felt that there was a certain derogation and prejudice.
and if what i wrote today, has merit. if my intuition is correct.
if it is happening. (that is judging me against my attackers in favor of them)
or further exemplifying myself with an label to the mass,
those things in combination and whichever else,
cannot come along together,
and exist as a mere joke, in this situation.
and observing the overall,
i've concluded that it cannot be, unless preconceived bias to antagonize.
promotion of my attackers and justification for their actions.
neutrality is the only answer.
but i cannot see in detail, and seemingly,
he appears to be crossing the line.
but i'll leave it to the authorities for verification...
but jokes are, without picking sides. for the sake of the joke itself.
and there would not be seriousness, as in commitment of belief,
in essential nature of the subject, as accusation.
if there is, that is then in the realm of the law,
attacks, aiming at affecting outcome of the trial,
only covered as his jokes.
so if that is the case, he should be charged.
long ago he seemed benign as to harmful intent.
but i felt this is different.
