If it was *only that. I wouldn't see it as hostility.

But there is, is Anna's cyberbullying and spreading across the mass.

They knew. Every step. Did nothing.

In fact, Becky was either warning or threatening just prior to what Anna was about to do.
While Anna was in her house.

 

And as I forgave them of what they did together fronting Anna.

 

 

As I *ignored request of financial assistance, (as I was to be getting investment from Adam)

on Robert's post about Becky's pregnancy.

 

Not too long after, I start seeing threats from Sean Kernan through the relays.

He's done this even prior from time to time, and my hair was standing on end.

Before it was just an offense, to get under my skin.

 

But those threats just before he entered the facility,

followed, my statements about my fears about my mom being investigated and being taken out of the tank.

And Kernan, relayed, fish in a briefcase, being transferred from one location to another.

And another relay, if I can remember, about 'a short trip' between USA and Canada.

And shortly after that, he was there in the facility.

 

Now, at this point they were charged, and talks of capital punishment was at play.

 

And I tried to dissuade the authorities and diminish their charges to 10 years in prison instead.

 

And what followed after that, was their attempt to FRAME me.

For a longest time.

And I believe they did it over and over again.

 

Result of had that worked. Would have been disastrous I believe.

 

And hence, they were again, going back to capital punishment.

Of which, in time, I tried forgiving and diminish their sentence to 20 years in prison.

 

It seemed fair, as they continue to attack.

 

I don't what their stance are now.

But make no mistake.

 

They were lethal, and aiming at devastation. What they felt was for Anna.

And her insistance. But I had long left her then. And it was the correct choice.

 

They would not accept that reality.

 

So, while they couldn't have known how things would work out.

Sean Kernan's self-justification of instilling pain into me, to change me. From someone social phobic to something else. And I think more than once? Would post about a soldier, "Nothing can hurt me" or something like that. As the abuse was prominent.

And that psychology is also unacceptable.

Trying to make my life ruinous in order to affect, control.

There is a great level of socio-psychopathy in what they have done.

 

And I am writing, not to advocate for capital punishment.

But in case, their punishment is diminished unfairly,

or gotten away by persuasion.

 

I have been a victim. And their attacks, never truly ceased until more recently I believe if I am reading the observations correctly...

 

I also do not know why the authorities once caught Anna.

Of the cyberbullying.

Kept it that way. Without monitoring HER. And I believe she just kept it going. Didn't she?

Even deliberately sending the links to people near to me physically.

So did the authorities front her for something? No idea.

 

 

So it is entirely up to the authorities.

I am repeating this, in case they exploit the situation again.

 

 

Ryan Reynolds. Again. Not a good idea to intervene.

You are not saving them.

You are only trying to get yourself into trouble.

This is the past that cannot change.

After what he's done. He should be jailed for coersion or exploitation of power.

For attempting control over my livelihood.

 

Authorities please do not allow anyone control over the money I have earned.

 

My freedom first, and my options will be explored. If the money is to be sent,

it will be towards me. Nobody else.

 

That is absolute.

 

 

Attempting control over the money. That is after the authorities in the States have resolved and concluded the trials. That is why the money would be coming in.

But to dismiss that in his authority, in order to create a cycle, again. So the money would be in his control. This is what I mean by coercion. It is a deliberate force and threat.

It is exploitation of his power. It absolute tyranny.

 

So he should not have gotten away with this.

 

He is also exploiting the court in the States. Observing all that is going on, and preparing to hijack the money. That is betrayal of the court, and therefore treaty between nations,

and, since I have not yet received the money who is a resident of Canada, it is technically attempting to steal from the States by exploitation of that court. Is it not?

Of course from my end, it is theft from me as well. But technically, he is exploiting the US court as well.

He should also answer to the law in the States. Or is he immune to it?

 

 

Persuading the officials of the law in the States, so they would be confused in sending the money towards its control.

Dismissing the rights of the victim. The only reason the money would be sent in the first place, is because my rights would be respected as the outcome of trial.

And yet to have exploited this, in his control is manipulation of the US court.

Besides Canada.

Should he be immune?

 

Always the powerful gets away. No matter what they do wrong...

If fabrication was presented, unless 3rd party servers are involved with a timestamp,
such as that of emails,

it must be dismissed, along with the fact that reminders of the idea would have been clearly present, and it would have been attentive.

Timing is the factor, and it has long lost the chance for this, had there been any ideas.

That is the moment it came on to the channel. Which is the moment it got out of the residence I was in. (So the memory would be fresh)

And yet. Where did it go, and for how long? To do what? (Confession).

These are basis of what this person is. A fraud. Of every idea.

And one cannot dismiss this as some memory issue. That would be laughable.

 

Situation reversed. Any 1 person can front the idea that the victim was in physical proximity to them, and claim theft.

And given time, fabrication can be presented by ANYONE.

 

This is why the authorities must assess investigation with other factors that would disprove it.

That is 1. If it wasn't a fabrication, it would have submitted IMMEDIATELY.

2. It would not have been quiet, as it sees reminders, correlations.

3. It would only have been focused on what was supposedly stolen, instead GOING for theft.

4. Only to confess after incredible amount of time. And this is the major factor, this over 400+ days. What went on as reminder, and its stance. Its attentiveness.

And one cannot dismiss this as that would be ridiculous. It would be using your imagination to say, this person is an amnesiac. But he is not.

 

And whatever is presented NOW, after these years. And attempting harm of all permutations, and inconsistencies, lies, fabrication, that is already caught.

You can bet, and betting as in conclusive evidentiary logic, that it is brazenly creating another.

So the court, unless. Unless. Whatever information is associated with 3rd party servers, such as that of emails that is timestamped as transfer. Solitary standalone so-called 'evidence' can only be dismissed at this point.

 

I hope I am being reasonable. As you know, there is no sense of honor or shame with these people. And I cannot be the victim of their gaslighting and anybody else's naivety.

I must assert the fair logic in all this. The court has the right to dismiss these claims,
UNLESS through the archives of recorded history, (which includes what you can scroll down in that channel, which is accepted by an 3rd party server and cannot be manipulated)

Unless, in that arrangement. There is every right to dismiss its claims.

 

That is, if a such thing is happening.

But i'm guessing it is attempting narratives knowing it would be caught, what is obvious by timing.

Whichever way, they should be apprehended. I believe more thorough investigation with the timing of all comments in comparison to what is there as timestamps, from the attackers, by contacting their ISP is also something very important.
