Seeing Kevin Yue's relay, it appears Steve is asking help from the Canadian embassy.

Canada has the right to repel someone, under the understanding that victim is on PURSUIT of HARM BY THE ATTACKER.

So the protection against U.S laws doesn't count. It means Canada is ready to accept someone

who is trying to kill another Canadian by exploitation of the law, by framing.

If so, King Charles has the right to repel him or not. Steve should face the death penalty by the States.

This is a heinous individual, one with lethal intent who has FULL INTENT TO CONTINUE HARMING THE VICTIM ALLOCATED IN CANADA.

 

If he tries to leave to another country, U.S should put him on the blacklist.

Just seen the "VPN" relay. No, I don't use it,

and I doubt Steve used VPN if that interferes with anything.

all these things should be there however. And can be traced back to the ISP themselves.

That can't all be nullified unless deliberate programming in that way.
