If any of my ideas can cause negative effects, then simply take it out from prospects of investment. Of which the government cannot decide for the investors, because,

Greenscreen pillars, if to convert to residential, the material will need to be adaptive, as foundation 80% of the walls will be there but horizontal portions will still need to be filled out manually. If to be later re-used again, after dismantling, the materials will need to
be adaptive as in, repaired again for future use. Like pasted with liquid cement or replaced
the entire pillar from of the materials filled out from the shell, or, probably better is
adjustable plug-ins for adding additional elements... But why am I writing about this again. Entered into the past once again.  It's an obsolete idea unless to be used as greenscreen...  Probably too costly... And not so mobile as one thinks... Unless fillers are added as temporary measures. Nevermind.... Forgotten about it...
