On expanding the skycraper idea from the sea pillars,

if those skycrapers is designed to work with 'makers'.

As in, the buildings to be ventilated and redirected of output (smoke/heat)

working with the machines, instead the usual designs for accommodation/residency.

If so, each floor can work with many, many individuals from U.K as a type of 'hackerspace',

where people learn to develop products for little or no costs to themselves.

And this is accessible to the public.

It's really the tools and the space that is in the way that prevents people from learning.

Same concept could be designed for programming, but since this can be done anywhere

at the safety of their homes, no particular designs are necessary for buildings unless,

for buildings designed for seminars and showcase for level of project at hand,

from beginner to expert...

If to teach individuals to start a business, these things must first be taught.

People on welfare, they should have an option to try and join the job market,
or stay and learn in the realm of "bits and atoms". To start a business.

Provided that they sign an agreement. Passing the courses, they can enter a job market again to buy the raw resources or HR necessary for manufacturing their chosen product/service.

Export should be easily accessible, and like China, the shipment costs should be low.
The postal office should replace all their delivery vehicles to EV.
And the government should give them an incentive to lower their prices for businesses.

My ship designs can have products mass manufactured, allocated into a base in
chosen countries for faster delivery.

But for individuals, start ups, relying on cargo flights. Faster. My designs on EV having attempted designs previously with Elon Musk. Where the battery is centered in the passenger area and 'passengers' on the wings. this can be replaced as cargo.

 

Note that for every chosen field in their study, their education,

it leads to development of a product.

And segmentation, organization of knowledge in that chosen field,

of which people can summarize and upload as organized data in my website,

will inevitably lead to development of a product, in order to automate, navigate,
or to discover a new process, or for convenience.

So people given access to raw resources in a cheaper way, (from Australia, aluminum alloys/ stainless steel) and given places to manufacture them in a timely manner, without owning the place through the skyscrapers. Energy of which can be fed from solar, spread to the sea.

(My perpetual energy by gravity/water is for more isolated regions, if it works, alongside the water gathering from thin air by freezing the water and melting it by amplifying the simple freezer process efficiently with larger output, but distillation process must follow due to the toxicity of the water in contact with the metal, but this is probably better for Canada and Australia, not limited space like U.K)

They can create what they need. Alongside usage of microcontrollers. Which should be produced by the government cheaply as well.

My eggs and cheese initiative, through modification of "watermeal" vegetation to spread out in the oceans, entering into feed for insects, to animals, to human consumption. Will help people who choose to stay in welfare.  

So what I am saying is, maximize accessibility for the people to learn and develop, to start a business. And economy will benefit.
